At The Face Clinic, we are committed to providing exceptional care and products. Please note that our return policy applies only to skincare products purchased from our clinic.

• Eligibility for Return: Skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return Requirements: A valid receipt must be presented at the time of return for the process to be valid.
• Service Exclusion: Our return policy does not apply to services, such as treatments or consultations.
